Proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. If not accepted within this period, we may revise and resubmit the proposal.
Fees and Expenses
Unless explicitly included in the Agreement:
- Third-party costs are billed separately.
- Approved expenses may be charged at cost.
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to the services.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within five (5) days of issuance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Milestone-based payments may apply as outlined in the Agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are resolved.
Changes to Scope
All requests for scope modifications must be made in writing.
Minor changes that do not significantly affect cost or timeline may be incorporated within the existing Agreement. Significant changes require a supplemental written agreement.
Revised proposals are typically valid for fourteen (14) working days.
Project Delays
If delays occur due to incomplete client materials or late approvals, timelines may be extended on a day-for-day basis.
If delays arise on our side, we will notify the client promptly and seek a reasonable resolution.
Events beyond reasonable control, including unforeseen technical or external disruptions, are not considered breaches and may extend project timelines.
Review and Acceptance
We conduct internal testing before submitting Deliverables.
Clients have seven (7) working days to review and provide feedback. Reasonable revisions will be addressed within an agreed timeframe.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide lawful, accurate, and ready-to-use materials. They must ensure they hold the rights to submitted content.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for final proofreading and timely decisions related to third-party services.
Attribution and Portfolio Use
Unless restricted in writing, we may include a discreet accreditation reference within completed projects.
We may also display completed work in our portfolio. Neither party should unreasonably prevent factual acknowledgment of collaboration.
Confidential Information
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or lawfully obtained from third parties.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Remotejavadevs.com operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or exclusivity relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
We may engage subcontractors while remaining responsible for service delivery.
Limitation of Liability

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables as agreed.
Company Tools and reusable components remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized redistribution or modification beyond agreed usage may be restricted.
Support Services
Support or maintenance services are provided only if separately agreed and may involve additional fees.
Any warranty may become void if Deliverables are modified by third parties without authorization.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version published on remotejavadevs.com governs ongoing use. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any updates.
